If
you are not satisfied with your product and need to return it
you must call us within five (5) days of receipt of said merchandise
to request an RMA number. Any product that hits our warehouse
without an appropriate RMA # will be refused.
Refunds
will be applied as the original sale – if you paid by credit
card, a credit will be applied to that card. Refunds will be
made in a timely fashion, no longer then seven (7) working days
from receipt of merchandise. Once the merchandise hits our warehouse
it will be inspected for any damages. If a product is returned
and is damaged, a claim will have to be made with the carrier;
and is your responsibility to insure packages appropriately.

a 20% re-stocking fee. Custom orders and color matches, can not be returned.

Ltd. dba G. Smith & Co. can no longer issue call tags for
your merchandise. All returned products must be brought to a
UPS or FedEx location and shipped to us. COD orders will be refused.
The costs for the call tags and the inconvenience to our customers
waiting on UPS or FedEx to show up have proved to be more of
an aggravation to both the consumer and to us.
Procedure
for Replacement of Damaged Products:
UPS
or FedEx:
Your
order must be inspected at time of delivery. If the product is
damaged, save all packing material associated with the product
and contact us immediately. We will handle all necessary procedures
to correct the problem and get you replacements for the damaged
product. You will not be responsible for any shipping or returns.
Freight
Carriers:
Your
order MUST be inspected at time of delivery. If the packaging
is damaged have the driver(s) open the package and inspect it
for any damages. DO NOT ACCEPT this merchandise if it arrives
damaged. Damages must be listed on the BOL (Bill of Lading) and
you must call us immediately. 1-888-347-2122 A replacement will
be issued.

Ltd. (G. Smith & Co.) uses UPS and FedEx when available;
some items must be shipped via Common Carrier.
Common
Carrier shipped products (those that are too large for other
carriers) are shipped via curbside delivery unless white glove
delivery is specified by the customer; additional charges will
be applied for this service. White glove delivery means that
the item(s) will be unpacked and placed in your home and all
packing material will be removed.
It
is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all merchandise
ordered can fit into the home, including but not limited to:
doorways, steps or bends that may apply. Merchandise that was
not measured appropriately cannot be accepted for return. |
